A Trenton man was arrested at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail after failing to appear in court in Grundy County.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 60-year-old Robert Duncan is being held on $500 cash-only bond after failing to appear in court on a charge of passing bad checks. He is scheduled to appear in court March 22.
