Winters Held On Violation

A Kansas City man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested for violating the terms of his probation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Rex Winters was arrested after violating the terms of his probation on original charges of second degree burglary and stealing, both class C felonies. His bond was set at $15,000 cash-only and he is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 11.
