A man who was already incarcerated in the Grundy County Detention Center has now been charged with burglary.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Isaac J. Wattenbarger, 18, has been charged with second degree burglary, a class C felony. He is accused of unlawfully entering an inhabitable structure at 510 Main St., Apt. 3, owned by Bob Morgans, for the purpose of stealing and/or committing property damage. His bond on this charge is $15,000 cash-only and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 26.
