Additional Charge Facing Woman

A Trenton woman who was already being held in the Grundy County Detention Center has now been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Jade M. Mock, 28, has been charged with the class C felony, accused of possessing methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance, on Nov. 30. She is being held on $25,000 cash-only bond and was already in custody on a misdemeanor charge of passing bad checks. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 8.
