A Carrollton man posted $1,000 cash-only bond after being arrested for passing bad checks.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Justin L. Roach, 28, is accused of writing a $700 check to the Trenton Money Store on a non-existent account on Dec. 21, 2014. Roach is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 24.
