Three Arrested Over The Weekend

Three persons were arrested over the weekend and are in the Grundy County Detention Center.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 18-year-old Isaac Wattenbarger of Trenton has been charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, a class C felony. He is accused of operating a 2002 Pontiac Bonnevile owned by Diana Miller on Oct. 24 without her consent. He is being held on $15,000 cash or corporate surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 10.
Also arrested was Stanley Lovell, 56, of Laredo, who is charged with third degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He is accused of attempting to cause physical injury to a female household member on Oct. 23 by the use of yard darts, which were readily capable of lethal use. His bond is $15,000 cash-only and he is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
A third person, Jacky E. Kennedy, 38, Trenton, was already in jail on a probation violation but now faces a charge of attempted escape from confinement. He is accused of attempting to escape from the custody of the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department by fleeing while in handcuffs on Oct. 15. Bond on this charge is $5,000 cash-only and he will appear in court Tuesday.
