A Bethany man has been arrested after violating the terms of his probation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Donald D. Suddarth, 53, was arrested on a probation warrant for violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of violating a protection order. His bond is $15,000 cash or corporate surety and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15.
