A Laredo man has been charged in connection with a disturbance, while bond has been set for a woman who failed to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s office, 36-year-old Jonathan K. Hanson has been charged with peace disturbance, a class B misdemeanor, in connection with an incident on Aug. 23 in which he allegedly caused alarm to Danny and Carol Holloway. He has posted $1,500 cash bond and was scheduled to appear in court today.
Also arrested was Lorilee A. Gutierrez, 44, Gallatin, who failed to appear in court on a class C felony charge of forgery. She is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $15,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 28.
