Parked Vehicle In Mishap

A parked vehicle sustained damage in a mishap investigated Thursday at the intersection of Eighth and Main streets.
According to Trenton Police Officer Randy Burks’ report, the mishap occurred when a sport utility vehicle driven by Robert B. Etter of Trenton was parked on the north side of the Plaza Apartments. When Etter pulled from his parking spot, he failed to see a car owned by Sharon Shirley of Trenton, which was parked behind vehicle his vehicle. As he pulled from his spot, his SUV sideswiped the car, causing minor damage to his vehicle and to the driver’s side front door and rear view mirror of Ms. Shirley’s car.
No injuries were reported and no tickets were issued.
