Two individuals were arrested on Monday by the Grundy County Sherriff’s Department and will be in court to face charges on Tuesday, July 28.
Thomas Kopp, 28, Lexington, was arrested after failing to appear on a charge of non-support. He is being held at the Grundy County Detention Center on $3,000 cash-only bond.
Chad Francis, 35, Princeton, was arrested after turning himself in on a charge of passing a bad check. According to the warrant, Francis passed a check in the amount of $21 drawn upon Great Western Bank to Amoco on or around April 10. He posted $500 cash-only bond and was released.
