Woman Posts Cash Bond

Charges of passing bad checks are facing a Trenton woman.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Katey J. Orndorff, 28, was arrested on three counts of misdemeanor passing bad checks. She is accused of writing the following checks to Amoco in 2014, knowing they would not be paid: on July 21 for $70; on July 25 for $60; and on Aug. 4 for $50. She has posted $1,600 cash-only bond and was scheduled to appear in court today.
