Two men have been arrested, one charged with driving while intoxicated and one accused of violating the terms of his probation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Mark E. Lundy, Jr., 30, Trenton, is charged with driving while intoxicated: persistent offender. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle on Feb. 7 on Highway 6 while he was in an intoxicated condition. He has two previous convictions for DWI. Lundy’s bond has been set at $15,000 cash or corporate surety and he is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday.
Also arrested was Christopher S. Owen, 35, Princeton, who is accused of violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of non-support. He is being held on $10,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 12.
