Nov. 11: firefighters provided mutual aid to the Grundy County Rural Fire Protection District at a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 65 and Route O.
Nov. 12: firefighters conducted a carbon monoxide investigation at a north residence and provided medical assistance at Sunnyview Nursing Home.

Oct. 23: officers made an arrest for tampering and driving while intoxicated in the east part of town and investigated a theft at an east business.
Oct. 24: officers responded to a suicide threat at an east residence.
Oct. 26: an arrest for domestic assault was made at a west residence.
Oct. 26: officers responded to a domestic dispute and a theft at an east residence.
Oct. 27: officers investigated an arson and homicide at a south residence. A subject was brought in for civil detoxification in the east part of town.
Oct. 28: an assault was investigated at an east residence and officers were called to a domestic dispute at a west residence. A theft was investigated at an east business and officers responded to a domestic dispute at a south residence. A theft was reported at an east residence. Officers assisted another agency at a south residence and made an arrest on warrants in the south part of town.
Oct. 29: officers responded to a peace disturbance at a west residence and an assault was reported at a south residence, where a domestic dispute was reported.
Oct. 30: a report of harassment was investigated at an east residence and officers made an arrest on warrants and an arrest for interfering with an arrest at a north business. A subject was brought in for civil detoxification in the east part of town.
Oct. 31: officers investigated a report of forgery at an east business and an arrest for possession of a controlled substance was made in the east part of town.
Nov. 1: an arrest for domestic assault was made at a south residence. Thefts were investigated at a west business and two east businesses. A burglary was investigated in the downtown area.
Nov. 2: a subject was found to be driving while intoxicated in the east part of town and officers responded to a suicide threat at an east residence.
Nov. 3: an abandoned vehicle was towed from a north business and officers responded to an east school for a Safe Schools Act violation. Police went to a west residence, where a subject had violated a court order and animal cruelty was investigated.
Nov. 4: a vehicle was towed from the downtown area and two arrests were made on warrants in that area.
Nov. 5: a theft was reported in the downtown area.
Nov. 6: officers responded to the west part of town where they investigated a report of felonious restraint and endangering the welfare of a child. A peace disturbance was reported at an east residence and an arrest was made on a warrant in the downtown area.
Nov. 7: burglaries were investigated at a west residence and an east business.
Nov. 8: officers responded to a domestic dispute at a north residence and officers went to an east residence, where they found a subject in possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nov. 9: officers investigated a theft at a north residence.
Nov. 10: officers responded to domestic disputes at two north residences and in the east part of town. They investigated an assault at an east business.
Nov. 11: a theft was reported at a west residence. A report of child abuse/neglect was reported at a south residence and officers investigated an assault at an east residence.
Nov. 12: a theft was reported at an east business.
