A Spickard man is being returned to the Missouri Department of Corrections after violating the terms of his parole.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Brandon Z. Brewer, 32, is being returned after violating the terms of his parole on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Also arrested was Robin R. Burton, Lincoln, who is charged with felony passing bad checks. The defendant is accused of writing a $650 check to Joe’s Mini Storage on Feb. 10, knowing it would not be paid. The defendant has posted $1,100 cash-only bond and is scheduled to be in court Oct. 14.
A third person, Brian C. Mock, 46, Trenton, was also arrested, charged with third degree domestic assault. He is accused of knowingly having physical contact with a female household member, knowing she would regard it as offensive. He is being held on $2,500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 14.
