A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after failing to appear in court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Jimmy D. Hilt, 28, did not appear in court on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and burglary. Bond was set at $15,000 cash or corporate surety on each charge and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 18.
