Woman’s Probation Is Suspended

The probation of a woman who failed to appear in court on a Grundy County charge has been suspended and she is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Bobbie J. Nichols, 31, St. Joseph, was arrested after failing to appear in court on two charges of forgery. She is being held on $15,000 cash or corporate surety and has had her probation on another charge revoked. She is scheduled to appear in court June 12.
