Two persons are facing charges in unrelated cases, with one facing a drug charge and one facing a DWI charge.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Justin Kleihauer, 18, Trenton, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony. He is accused of possessing Alprazolam, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and illegal nature. He is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond and was scheduled to appear in court today.
Another man, Hilario Delacruz, 41, of Milan, has been arrested for driving while intoxicated and has been charged as an aggravated offender due to three previous DWI convictions. He is accused of driving under the influence on Highway 6 in Grundy County on March 22. Delacruz is being held on $10,000 cash or corporate surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court May 27.
