Ticket Issued For Failing To Stop At Stop Sign

A man was ticketed for not stopping at a stop sign following an accident Sunday at the intersection of 22nd and Chicago streets.

According to Trenton Police Officer Randy Burks’ report, the accident occurred when a sport utility vehicle driven by Richard K. Perry of Chillicothe was westbound on 22nd Street. He failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection with Chicago Street and his vehicle was struck in the side by a car driven by Geraldine P. Bas of 2205 Chicago St., which was southbound on Chicago Street. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, with no injuries reported.
Perry, 30, was ticketed for failing to stop for a stop sign.
