Trenton Fire Department
Nov. 19: firefighters provided medical assistance at a Ninth Street business.
Nov. 20: firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 1701 Mable St. The fire caused moderate damage to the kitchen area, with the main portion of the fire located in the attic above the kitchen. Firefighters, who were assisted by the Grundy County Rural Fire Protection District, were on the scene for about an hour. The house is owned by Wendell Lent and occupied by David and Tiffany Stark.
Trenton Police Department
Nov. 15: officers investigated a report of property damage in the downtown area.
Nov. 17: officers investigated a report of being a minor in possession of alcohol at an east school and investigated a report of a runaway juvenile at an east residence.
Nov. 18: a vehicle was reported stolen from a north residence and officers investigated a suicide threat at an east residence.
Nov. 19: a subject was brought in for civil detoxification from an east residence.
Nov. 20: officers were called to an east residence to investigate an unattended death.
Nov. 21: officers responded to a report of affray in the east part of town and went to the east part of town to investigate a report of property damage. An arrest was made on a warrant at a west residence.
