Kyle Hubbard, Gallatin, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
Daryl W. Swalley, 59, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to failing to maintain capable brakes and was fined $52.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on tire with fabric exposed and was fined $52.50 and $58.50 costs.
