According to the Trenton Police Department, Ashley M. Huff of 2414 Oklahoma Ave., was the driver of a vehicle that was eastbound on Ninth Street. She looked down and when she looked back up she could see that the two cars traveling in front of her had stopped and she did not have time to react and avoid a collision. Her car struck a car driven by Clarence R. Logan-James of Albia, IA, which then struck a car driven by Gregory W. Keuhn of 202 Sunnyside Dr.
Ms. Huff’s car sustained extensive damage to the front end, while Logan-James’ car had moderate damage to the rear end. There was only minor damage to Keuhn’s car. No one sustained injuries that required medical attention.
Ms. Huff, 21, was ticketed for careless and imprudent driving by striking a vehicle stopped in traffic.
