No one was injured in an accident investigated Monday by the Trenton Police Department on East Ninth Street.

According to Officer Jerry Smith’s report, the accident occurred as a tractor-trailer rig driven by William Stockman of Oxford, IA, and a pickup truck driven by Melanie Hansen of 284 S.W. Eighth St., were eastbound on Ninth Street. Stockman attempted to change lanes and, not seeing Ms. Hansen’s truck, sideswiped it, causing minor to moderate damage to both vehicles.
Stockman, 61, was ticketed for improper lane usage.
