Brady West, 22, 1209 Cedar, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident by traveling off the left side of the roadway and striking a guardrail. He also pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined a total 47.50 and $56.50 costs.
Curtis Guy, 32, Bethany, pleaded guilty to failure to show proof of insurance and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Brian Davenport, 23, Chillicothe, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance dismissed.
Susan Mullany, 426 NE Onyx Lane, and Eddie Bowman, 908 E. 12th Street, both had charges of passing bad checks dismissed.
