Andrew M. Riley, 21, 905 Custer St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Pleading guilty to an amended charge of driving a vehicle with defective brakes and fined $200 and $56.50 costs were David L. Weyer, 55, Sunrise Beach, and Michelle I. Shubert, 30, Cameron. The original charge was speeding.
Michael D. Bozarth, 36, Arizona City, AZ, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $57.50 and $56.50 costs.
Barbara Phillips, 63, Milan, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. The original charge was operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident.
Roy R. Robinson, 1704 Pleasant Plain, and Dawn L. Elliott, 1432 Merrill St., had charges of passing bad checks dismissed.
