Troy Fudge, 34, Creston, IA, pleaded guilty to failing to keep a proper driver’s record and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Zack A. Campbell, 21, 717 E. 22nd St., had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
Associate Civil
Michael Bruner, Trustee for Dorothy Brown Revocable Trust vs. Robert Sloan. In a petition for unlawful detainer, the plaintiff was awarded immediate possession of 620 N.W. Highway A, and the defendant was ordered to immediately cease and desist his possession of the real estate. The court also ordered that the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department is to assist the plaintiff in taking possession of the premises.
Unifund CCR Partners vs. Johnny W. Barrett. The case, which involved breach of contract.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City vs. Carla and David Little. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $12,350, plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 9 percent and a server fee of $22. The case involved suit on account.
