A Trenton man was ticketed following a non-injury accident Friday afternoon at the intersection of Normal and 12th streets.

According to Officer Larry Smith’s report, the accident occurred when a truck driven by Charles Axtell of 1224 E. 13th Ct., was westbound on 12th Street. Axtell stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Normal Street, but failed to see a northbound truck by Dorothy E. Basteen of 2610 Princeton Rd. Axtell went through the intersection and collided with Mrs. Basteen’s truck. No injuries were reported and the only damage in the mishap was minor damage to Mrs. Basteen’s truck.
Axtell, 67, was ticketed for failing to yield at a stop intersection.
