CIRCUIT COURT
Division I
Judge Andrew Krohn
The Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, upheld Judge Krohn’s decision in a case involving Rodney E. Bradley. The court of appeals denied Bradley’s motion upholding Judge Krohn’s decision in the case in which Bradley pleaded guilty to three counts of second degree arson and one count of escape from confinement. Judge Krohn sentenced him to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count of arson and four years in the Department of Corrections on the escape charge. The arson sentences are to run concurrently and the escape sentence is to run consecutively. Bradley argued that he was denied due process in his sentencing. He also argued that Krohn should have recused himself in the case. The original case was moved to Grundy County on a change of venue from Mercer County.
