The Princeton R-5 Board of Education will meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 11.
The meeting will begin with the adjournment of the old board and reconvening of the board with those who were elected in the April 5 election. Election of officers will take place, followed by the appointment of a board secretary and board treasurer.
The regular agenda includes announcements concerning the dates for the next meeting (May 9), awards ceremony and baccalaureate (6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4 at the First Christian Church), graduation (7 p.m., Friday, May 6) and prom (Saturday, April 30). Other items on the agenda include approval of bids for an electric school bus, a proposal for tuition, which would remain the same at $6,375 and a summer school grant opportunity. Administrative reports and a closed session to discuss personnel are also planned.
