Two Held For Violating Terms Of Probation

Two Trenton residents have been arrested for violating the terms of their probation on original drug charges.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Misty L. Miller Smith, 51, and Jonathon B. Woods, 27, are both being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $10,000 cash-only bond. Ms. Smith violated the terms of her probation on three original charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, all class C felonies. Woods’ original charge was a class D felony of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Both defendants are scheduled to appear in court March 14.
