Four variance requests were approved by the Trenton City Council’s Board of Adjustments during hearings held on Monday night at city hall.
According to Assistant City Clerk Tracy Maberry, all four requests received unanimous approval with Jean Peace being absent. No other action will be needed by the city.
Approved were requests from Tim and Laura Bland, allowing them to build an upper story deck on the back of a building at 1242 Tinsman Ave.; James Smith, allowing him to construct a six-foot by six-foot porch and ramp to be built at 506 Grundy St.; Randall and Crystal Oneal, allowing them to construct a garage at 706 E. Sixth St.; and Kevin and Sharon Neff, allowing them to construct a garage at 1734 Skier Pt.
