Judge Jack Peace
Jonathan L. Davis, 30, 1001 Custer St., was sentenced to serve six years in the Department of Corrections on each of two charges of second degree burglary, with the sentences to run concurrently with each other and with a Mercer County sentence. Charges of attempted burglary, stealing: without consent and tampering with a motor vehicle were dismissed.
William E. Gott, 24, 1612 Carnes St., had his probation continued on original charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and first degree property damage with the additional condition that he pay $200 per month on the restitution owed.
Nathan Brewer, 20, 315 N.E. 27th St., had his probation continued on an original charge of distribution/delivery/manufacturing of a controlled substance with additional conditions that he successfully complete outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and abide by a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
David A. Wilson, 46, 901 E. 12th St., pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay full restitution of $1,659.38.
Nicole L. Webster, 30, 258 N.W. Egret Ln., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years and is to successfully complete the Third Circuit Supervisory Program.
Kimberly J. Miller-Graves, 22, Spickard, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to five counts of receiving stolen property. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years. She is to make full restitution.
Thomas Vasey, 23, Galt, had his probation revoked on original charges of second degree burglary and theft of a firearm. His stay was set aside and he was ordered to serve his original sentence of four years in the Department of Corrections. He is also to make restitution of $1,110.
Carson A. Symmonds, 32, Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Dec. 12.
Moses Miranda, 46, Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to two counts of first degree burglary and a charge of theft of a firearm. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 12.
Evan J.M. Collins, 22, Meadville, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit second degree burglary, hindering prosecution of a felony and tampering with a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12.
Adam P. Bentz, 40, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
Jacob D. Dennis, 27, Trenton, had his probation revoked on an original charge of second degree burglary. He was ordered to serve his original sentence of five years in the Department of Corrections.
James Drake, 50, Warrensburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of felony stealing and was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on each charge. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. A charge of burglary was dismissed.
Colton J. Mathews, 21, Milan, pleaded guilty to burglary and tampering with a motor vehicle. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years and is to make full restitution.
Daniel T. Byrnes, 35, 1845 E. 28th St., had his probation revoked on an original charge of endangering the welfare of a child and was ordered to serve the original sentence of five years in the Department of Corrections.
Daniel M. Betz, 33, 158 E. Fourth St., had a one-day jury trial set for Jan. 10, 2014 on charges of second degree burglary, failing to display plates on a motor vehicle, failing to wear protective headgear when on a motorcycle in motion, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, sale/possession of equipment with an altered ID number or purchase with a missing or falsified ID number.
William Calivere, 24, Trenton, had his probation continued on an original charge of invasion of privacy of multiple individuals. He is to pay $100 for costs for failing to attend a polygraph and serve six days shock time at his own expense.
Patrick M. Graves, 27, 127 N.E. 70th Ave., pleaded guilty to five counts of receiving stolen property and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years, with the conditions that he make full restitution and successfully complete the Third Circuit Supervisory Program.
Colin B. Ferguson, 18, 217 S. Main St., had his probation continued on an original charge of burglary, with the additional conditions that he successfully complete the Third Circuit Supervisory Program and abide by limits placed on his associations. He is also to observe a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Civil
Jacob K. Dickerson vs. Director of Revenue. The plaintiff has filed a petition requesting reinstatement of his driving privileges.
Associate Division
Samuel N. Green, 22, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation and had his probation revoked on charges of peace disturbance, assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and hindering prosecution. He was ordered to serve the 29 days remaining on his sentence and was given credit for time served.
Hailey M. Swan, 24, 903 W. Crowder Rd., and Frederic M. Gregory, 48, Lineville, IA, pleaded guilty to amended charges of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and were fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
