Suzanne “Susie” Shay, a 48-year-old resident of Louisville, KY, died on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008 at a local hospital in Louisville, where she had been under hospice care.

Funeral services were held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008 at the Pearson-Ratterman Funeral Home Chapel, where a visitation was held prior to the service. Private burial was in the Louisville Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008.
Mrs. Shay was born on April 21, 1959, the daughter of Owen and Marjorie Conrad. She was married on Nov. 28, 1980 to Dennis Shay, who survives of the home.
Also surviving are their children, Daniel and Michelle of the home; her mother; a brother, Steve Conrad; Pat and Lora Russell Shay of Columbia, formerly of Trenton; a sister-in-law, Dr. Linda Shay Lynch; two nieces; and one nephew.
