Rich Sole presented a program on message therapy during Tuesday’s meeting of the Trenton Lions Club at the Lakeview Restaurant. Peter Trombley was the program chairman.

Sole showed slides and discussed the benefits of therapeutic massage, such as relaxation of the body and nervous system, relief of stress and increased circulation for better blood flow. It also promotes better breathing, better sleep and improved memory.
Lannie Harkins presided at the business meeting. Doris Carter gave the prayer after members repeated the pledge to the U.S. flag. Bob Griener requested assistance for someone to drive to Maryville due to his night-time driving disability and George Moore volunteered.
