Marshall won the Trenton Tennis Quad held on Saturday, finishing the day with a record of 3-0.
Second place went to Chillicothe with a 2-1 record while Trenton was 1-2 and placed third. Savannah went 0-3 and finished fourth.

Trenton’s lone win came over Savannah, whom the Lady Bulldogs knocked off, 7-2. Trenton lost to Chillicothe, 5-4, and was blanked by Marshall, 9-0.
“We are playing better every match,” Coach Mike Bosley said. “We played well against Savannah and the Chillicothe match could have gone either way. Marshall is always tough.”
Kimby Brown, Alyssa Dougan and Mackenzie Hall all finished the day with records of 2-1 in singles as did the doubles team of Lindsey Dustman and Falisha Anderson.
The Lady Bulldogs are now 5-4 on the season and will next be in action in the Cameron Tennis Tournament on Wednesday.
