Kirksville MO Hospital Company LLC vs. Janelle M. and Rodney Newton. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $557.57, with interest to continue to accrue at 9 percent.
Midwestern Health Management, Inc. vs. Raymond L. and Sondra Harding. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $15,802.84, plus interest to continue to accrue at 9 percent. The case involved a suit on account.

Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Otis E. White, Jr., 28, 2501 Mable St., was found guilty of having a dog at large and owning, keeping or harboring a vicious dog and had sentencing set for Oct. 3.
Mark A. Pinto, 19, 1725 Tindall Ave., was found guilty of disorderly conduct and had sentencing set for Oct. 3.
Robin Welch, 30, 502 Jackson St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, which will run concurrently with a sentence in the Department of Corrections.
Ricky E. Shoemaker, 31, 2771 E. Lakeside Pl., pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail on each charge, with the jail terms to run concurrently with each other and with a sentence in the Department of Corrections.
Kellie S. Holtman, 34, 2508 N. Main St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license, which had been amended from driving while suspended. She was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail, with execution of the sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for one year, with the condition that she donate $100 to the City of Trenton, pay $32.50 costs and serve two days in jail.
