Larry Robert Shields, 56, died on Friday, March 11, 2005.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at the Preston-Marsh Funeral Home in Rogersville. There is no visitation planned.
Mr. Shields is survived by his wife, Paula S. Shields; a son, Lonnie R. Shields of Hannibal; a daughter, Alicia Gassel and her husband, Steve, of Springfield; two step-daughters, Jennifer Lohr and her usband, Brian Donnell, of Springfield and Jayme Lohr of Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Pauline Norgren of Springfield; a brother, Charles Shields and his wife, Rosalie, of Independence; a sister, Donna Wagner and her husband, J.L., of Trenton; An aunt, Eileen Ham of Trenton; an aunt and uncle, Lucy and Charles Claycomb of Kansas City; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Marie Shields; and one daughter.
The family suggests memorials to the St. Jude?s Childrens Hospital.
