The Tri-County R-7 Board of Education met in special session on Wednesday night, discussing the budget and school finances.
According to information provided by Superintendent Ron Garber, the board voted to amend the budget for the 2004-2005 school year to include full stages of the Career Ladder and mileage. The district will also hire an additional aide at the high school. The amended budget shows revenues of $2,075,219 and expenditures of $2,055,360.
A committee was appointed to find a used mini-bus. The district will also be looking for a front-end mower.
The next meeting of the board is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14.
