The Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. on Monday at city hall.

Items on the announced agenda include the city’s annual audit report by Lockridge, Constant and Conrad; an ordinance making a change in the city’s zoning map from R-2, single family residential to MU, mixed use; an ordinance repealing execution of the city’s initial lease with the Trenton R-9 School District and a second ordinance to authorize a new lease with the school district, allowing the district use of a city-owned building at the airport for a two-year period rent-free; and an appointment to the Police Personnel Board.

The Finance Committee will meet at 6 p.m., prior to the council meeting, to continue work on the 2004-2005 city budget.
