The 2006 Trenton High School Alumni celebration will be held this weekend with a number of activities planned.

In addition to a number of all-alumni activities, several classes will be having individual events throughout the weekend.
Events for the annual alumni celebration get under way at 6 p.m. on Friday with a mixer at the Riverside Country Club, open to all alumni.
Other all-alumni activities during the weekend include an open house and registration at the high school from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and a brunch in the high school commons at 10 a.m. on Sunday. There will also be golf available throughout the weekend at the Riverside Country Club.
Two all-alumni dances are planned on Saturday, one at 8 p.m. at the National Guard Armory sponsored by the Class of 2001, and one at 9 p.m. at the Elks Lodge. Admission is $8 for an individual and $15 for a couple, with admission good for either or both dances. Alumni dues of $10 must be paid as well to attend. The dance at the National Guard Armory will feature the band “Total Wattage” while the dance at the Elks Club will feature “The Sizzlers.”
There is also a dance at 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Elks Lodge in honor of the Class of 1956. “Cheap Guitars” will entertain until midnight. Admission is $5 per person and is open to the public. Alumni dues are not required to attend this dance.
Several classes have announced individual activities planned throughout the weekend. The list of activities available at this time include:
Classes of 1934, 1935 and 1936 – Lunch at the Lakeview Restaurant at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Classes of 1937 and 1938 – Lunch at the Lakeview Restaurant at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1939 – Catered lunch at Aquila community room at noon on Saturday.
Classes of 1940, 1941 and 1942 – Social and catered dinner at the First Christian Church fellowship hall at 5 p.m.
Class of 1943 – Breakfast at the Lakeview Restaurants at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1944 – Lunch at the Lakeview Restaurant at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1946 – Informal coffee at the First Baptist Church fellowship hall at 11 a.m. on Saturday, followed by a noon luncheon.
Class of 1949 – Breakfast at the Lakeview Restaurant, 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1951 – Dinner (time and location to be announced).
Class of 1953 – Luncheon at the Boji Stone at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1954 – Breakfast at Lakeview at 9 a.m. on Saturday, ,meeting to follow.
Class of 1956 – Class pictures and dinner at Lakeview Restaurant at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Louis Pushkarsky and Tom Brown will be honored; carry-in lunch at Dr. Phil McClure’s at noon on Sunday.
Class of 1961 – Coffee at Ketcham Community Center at 9 a.m. on Saturday; dinner at KCC at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1966 – Dinner at Ketcham Community Center at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1971 – Social, class pictures and dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday at the THS commons.
Class of 1976 – Catered dinner at VFW Hall at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Class of 1981 – Dinner at Riverside Country Club at 6 p.m. on Saturday. Peggy Ausmus will be honored.
Class of 1986 – social at the home of Mary Woodson at 7 p.m. on Friday; dinner at Washington Street Food and Drink at 6 p.m. on Saturday, then to dance at Elks Club; picnic at Moberly Park at 11 a.m. on Sunday (tentative).
Class of 1991 – Dinner at Wild Onion at 6 p.m. on Saturday; family outing at the Moberly Park enclosed shelterhouse at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Class of 1996 – Barbecue at Crowder Park from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
