Trenton City Council/Building & Nuisance Board Agendas

The Trenton City Council and the Building and Nuisance Board will hold meetings Monday at city hall. The Building and Nuisance Board will meet at 6 p.m., followed by the council meeting at 7 p.m. Both meetings are open to the public but can also be accessed on Zoom. The agenda for city council includes ordinances amending the city code in regard to all-terrain and utility vehicles, a presentation by Toth and Associates regarding a water/sewer rate study, a discussion of utility committee appointments, discussion/approval of purchasing pumps for lift stations and clarifiers, discussion/approval of purchasing a pickup truck for the wastewater treatment plant, approval of adjustments to the FY2021-22 and discussion/approval of purchasing police radios. A closed session is also planned to discuss legal matters and real estate.
Items on the agenda for the Building and Nuisance Board include declarations of nuisance (1861 E. 16th St., 513 E. Ninth Ct. and 601 E. Ninth St.); public hearing (601 E. 19th St., 1013 Tindall Ave. and 1429 Chestnut St.); findings of fact (604 Linn St.); certificate of existence of dangerous building (1614 Mable St.); and an update on current structures and nuisances.
