Winning offices in the April 5 Election were:
Trenton City Council, First Ward: Glen Briggs defeated Kevin Klinginsmith by a margin of 90 to 41.
Trenton City Council, Fourth Ward: Duane Urich defeated Bob McIntyre by a margin of 128 to 100
Trenton R-9 School Board (3-year terms): Jeff Spencer (581) and Dorothy Taul (489) were elected. Also receiving votes were Joshua Shuler (264) and Toby Havens (219). Jason Hostetler was unopposed for the unexpired term with 734 votes.
Grundy County Health Department Board of Directors (four-year terms): Jewell Harris (709) and Stacey McCullough (577) were elected. Also on the ballot were Amy May (291) and Cari Blackburn (348).
Grundy County Health Department Board of Directors (two-year unexpired term): Korynn Skipper defeated Kenneth Weaver by a margin of 582 to 443.
