The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board will meet in regular session at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22 at city hall. The meeting is open to the public but can be accessed on Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83060159692.
Items on the announced agenda include declaration of nuisance (1514 Mable St., owned by Jon and Barbara Phillips and 601 E. 19th St., owned by John and Charlotte Berry); public hearing (513 E. Ninth Ct., owned by Erma Newton, 1614 Mable St., owned by Kathy Reeder and William Earl Gott and 1010 Avalon St – Walden Apartments); findings of fact (604 Linn St., owned by Duane Lahn) and certificate of existence of a dangerous building (208 E. 10th Ct., owned by Michael Airey). Under new business, the board will receive an update on current structures, including 3307 E. 10th St., (the old Lakeview Restaurant and Motel) owned by John Lee, and an update on nuisances.
