The Trenton Middle School volleyball team was handed losses on Monday at home by the visiting Carrollton Trojans. Trenton fell 25-12, 25-8 in the A game and 20-25, 27-25, 15-9 in the B game.
Ty Bonnett led Trenton, getting three aces in the second set victory of the B game.
“Our teams have improved a lot throughout the season,” Trenton coach Amanda King said. “Our serving is doing a lot better than at the start of the year. We have a lot of girls that are playing more confidently and it is exciting to see them continue to improve with each practice and game.”
The TMS volleyball squad returned to the court on Thursday, traveling to Maysville and will be at Cameron on Wednesday.
