Judge Steven D. Hudson
Kyle C. Cofer, Parkville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $60.50.
Tyler J. Ray, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
Jakobi N. Welch, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $203.50.
Aaron T. Beeler, Mercer, pleaded guilty to purchase, attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Joseph A. Vivone, Laredo, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years, ordered to complete 48 hours of community service within 90 days and ordered to pay $78 recoupment and $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $71.50.
Scott E. Riddle, Trenton, pleaded guilty to amended charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and fourth-degree domestic assault, a Class A misdemeanor. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He was ordered to serve nine days in the Grundy County Detention Center and was given credit for time served. He was also ordered to pay $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Brandon K. Walker, Amazonia, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of stealing of a vehicle, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 14.
Failing to appear and having warrants issued for their arrest were John W. Babbitt, Spickard, on a charge of not wearing a seat belt; Taylor S. Groves, Trenton, on a charge of not wearing a seat belt; Skylar L. Ledbetter, Eight Mile, AL, on a charge of not wearing a seat belt; Steven C. Evans, Chillicothe, on charges of driving while revoked or suspended, displaying/possessing motor vehicle plates of another and speeding; and Kine Yeap, Garland, TX, on a charge of speeding.
Sarah Harding, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of receiving stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. Her suspended sentence was revoked and she was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. Execution of the sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years. She is to pay $416.50 owned to North Missouri Court Services, $152.15 restitution and $120 costs.
