The hearings are scheduled at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 4 at city hall. The board of adjustments will consider requests from Charles Walmsley, who is seeking a 10-foot variance on the side-yard next to street requirement of 15 feet to allow him to construct a 10-foot by 12-foot addition to be constructed onto a house located at 512 Linn St. He is also requesting a 480-square foot variance on the required 720-square foot on the maximum area for an accessory structure to allow him to construct a 30-foot by 40-foot building on property at 606 E.
