Nuisance Board Schedules Monday Meeting

Items on the announced agenda include declaration of nuisance at 103 E. 10th St. (American Legion and Scott Weldon); public hearings on 604 Linn St., owned by Duane Lahn, and the old freight house owned by Shane Michaels (abated as of June 23); findings of fact on property at 1000 Rural St., owned by Smartbeltz LLC, an update on current structures and an update on nuisances.
