Elden E. Wise, Odessa, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D misdemeanor; possession of liquor by a minor, a class D misdemeanor; and an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance, a class D misdemeanor. He was fined $300 and $100 to Law Enforcement Restitution on each charge and $120.50 costs.
