Seth N. Herrold, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order and was fined $200.50 and $74.50 costs.
Robert A. Whitham, Laredo, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $50.50 and $74.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
