Mary Ann DeGraw, a 76-year-old Trenton resident, died at 12:29 a.m., Monday, May 31, 2021 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.
The body has been cremated under the direction of Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A private family celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Resthaven Mortuary.
Mrs. DeGraw was born Dec. 27, 1944 in Independence, the daughter of Muriel Hall Zimmerman. She was raised by Frank and Madge Arney of Gilman City.
On May 31, 1962 she was married to Raymond Lee DeGraw at Bethany. He survives of the home.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Trenton. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren and reading. She loved her cats.
She was employed by U.S. Bank for 31 years as an assistant vice president and was in the banking industry for a total of 40 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Tolane Campbell and her husband, Brad of Trenton and Tonya Otto and her husband, Mike of Newtown; two grandchildren, Emily and Brett Otto of Newtown; and one sister, Debbie Arney of Gladstone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Muriel Zimmerman; and an aunt and uncle, Frank and Madge Arney.
Memorials are suggested to either the First Baptist Church or Green Hills Animal Shelter and may be left with the mortuary.
