Golfers See Tournament Action Again

The Trenton High School golf team was back in tournament action on Friday, traveling to the Spartan Invitational in Richmond. The Bulldogs shot a score of 441 to place them 14th in a field of 18.
Gavin Roeder’s score of 100 was the lowest on the team in Richmond while Brycin Loyd followed with a 106 and Chase Otto carded a 114. A score of 121 from Preston Harris rounded out the team’s total and Patrick Behen was again in varsity action, shooting a 133.
LeBlond won the team title with a score of 304 and St. Joseph Central was second with a mark of 308. Kansas City Barstow and Summit Christian Academy tied for third with scores of 356.
UP NEXT
Trenton will be at the Grand River Conference Tournament in Cameron on Monday before a make-up dual with Chillicothe at the Green Hills Golf Course on Tuesday closes out the regular season.
